Every sweater we ship passes through the same journey — from a single cone of yarn to a folded, labelled garment. Here is what happens on the floor between those two points.
Knitting
Computerised flat-knitting machines from 3GG to 14GG knit each panel to a programmed pattern, monitored by technicians who catch tension and yarn faults early.
Linking and finishing
Panels are hand-linked seam by seam, then washed, steamed and pressed to set the hand-feel and shape. Trims, buttons and our woven label go on last.
Quality control
Before anything is folded, each piece is inspected against AQL standards — measurements, stitch density, colourfastness and seams. Only then is it packed.
It is unglamorous, careful work — and it is where the quality customers feel actually comes from.
