Computerised fine-gauge flat knitting
Our flat-knitting machines run from chunky 3GG through to lightweight 14GG, knitting panels and fully-fashioned pieces to your tech pack with consistent tension and gauge.
Programmers and technicians sit beside the machines, so stitch structures and corrections happen quickly.
Linking and Finishing
Hand-linked seams and careful finishing
Knitted panels are hand-linked, steamed, washed and measured by an experienced finishing team. Buttons, trims and woven labels are attached by hand for a clean, durable result.
Quality, Built In
Every garment is checked before it is folded
Measurements, stitch density, colourfastness, seams and labelling — inspected against AQL standards on every batch.
