Private Label Sweaters · Your Brand, Our Factory
Launch a sweater line under your own label without building a factory. lpknit produces private label sweaters, cardigans and knit tops with your labels, hang tags and packaging — starting from our developed styles or from your own designs.

Overview
Private label means the garment is made by a manufacturer and sold under your brand. For knitwear, the fastest route is to select styles that are already developed and proven in production, then apply your colours, labels and packaging. This removes most of the pattern and fit development risk from your first order.
As your brand grows you can move to fully custom designs — your own silhouettes, stitches and yarns — with the same factory team that already knows your label requirements. That continuity keeps quality, sizing and presentation consistent from season to season.
Buyer Guide
Start small and focused. A first private label knitwear drop usually works best with three to six styles: one or two core sweaters, a cardigan and a lighter knit top, offered in a tight colour palette. That keeps quantities per style meaningful and makes reorders simple when a style sells.
Use catalogue styles to reduce risk. Because our catalogue styles are already developed and produced, they can be ordered from 1 piece per colour and sampled in about 7 days. You can test fit, quality and customer response before investing in custom development at 100 pieces per style.
Plan your size curve and colours together. A typical boutique size curve is weighted towards the middle sizes; deciding it early tells you how to split quantities and how many labels and bags to prepare. Choosing colours from stock shades keeps lead times short, while custom dyed colours add development time.
Prepare your brand kit before sampling: logo files for neck labels, care label wording for your selling market, hang tag artwork and packaging preferences. When these are applied on the sample, you approve the finished product exactly as your customers will receive it.
